Leading
A leader is best when people barely know they exist. Fail to honor people, they fail to honor you. But of a good leader, who talks little, when their work is done, their aim fulfilled, the people will say, 'We did this ourselves.' -Lao-tzu

Experience and opportunities
I am grateful for the number of opportunities I have had to lead people over the years. Whether it was with the Harvard's First-year Outdoor Program (FOP), Breakthrough Cambridge's A-Team, or managing the Eliot House Grille, I have learned an immense amount through these people and interactions. More than anything, I have learned that among the most effective styles of leadership is one that encourages others to find the leader within themselves. I look forward to new opportunities to lead in the future.
