Chip Weber
I’ve spent six years teaching high school math and computer science to students in Deep East Oakland and South East San Francisco. I became a math teacher because I believe access to a rigorous education is one of the most important factors in being able to lead a happy and productive life. I’m also interested in the social policy of healthcare, housing, the economy, and racial justice.
Before moving to the Bay Area, I grew up in Portland, ME and studied economics, math, and education at Harvard College. I earned my Masters of Education from the Harvard Graduate School of Education in 2018.
Outside of teaching, I love running, cooking, and going places with my fiance.
